The symbolism here is really good. I like how you change the raindrops to red on the right side of the piece because it increases the thoughtfulness of your symbols. Also, the peacock is a apt addition because it is grounded, so to speak, while the pansies appear to nearly fly away. Great job as usual and thank you for being bold.
Your sky looks like a piece of lace,the rain failling is refreshing and with good attitude become flowers,pansies as light as the rain.They seem to fly back in the sky.I like bleu and the cool effect with that color and the rain.
